I started going to BK Pilates over a year ago when I was pregnant with my second. It has been a game changer both physically and mentally for pregnancy and postpartum. All of the instructors are wonderful - they are kind, welcoming, and skilled. Each class is challenging and unique, and will kick you into shape if you can go consistently. Each class also incorporates stretching and other feel-good moves. I will be going here for a long time!

I’ve been a member at BK Pilates for a couple of months now. I was a complete newbie, but instantly fell in love with Pilates. I took an intro class with Becca, and she was so patient and kind in teaching me how to do the moves correctly and how to use the machine. I then went into group classes and have really enjoyed all the different instructors and class types. There is a major focus on form, which I really appreciate, and I always leave class in a good mood. I would definitely recommend BK Pilates.

Racism at its finest! Becca did not want to help the people of color in the class instead she instructed them to look at the person next to them for guidance.
